We offer flexible, recurring service plans with consistent technicians, simple scheduling, and a straightforward pricing model based on time. From changing filters and cleaning vents to minor repairs and routine upkeep, we handle the small stuff before it becomes a big issue. Think of us as your home’s personal assistant-proactive, professional, and always on your side.

We’re headquartered in Highland, Maryland, and we currently serve homeowners within a 25-mile radius of our base. If you’re unsure whether you’re in our service area, just ask - we’re happy to check!

Yes! We’re a great fit for short-term rental owners or landlords looking for routine upkeep between tenants or bookings. Just let us know the property type during your consultation.

We handle a wide variety of general maintenance and handyman tasks like: Replacing filters (AC, fridge, water), Cleaning vents, drains, or trash bins, Hanging shelves, patching drywall, minor painting, Caulking, oiling squeaky doors, fixing wood rot. If it doesn't require a licensed trade, chances are - we do it.

Not necessarily. We’re here to fill the gap between DIY and licensed trades. We don’t replace your HVAC tech or plumber, but we handle all the small stuff they don’t at a more affordable price - and help you avoid bigger problems down the line.

Yes, Home Valet Pros is fully licensed and insured. All Valet professionals are background-checked and drug-tested for your safety and peace of mind.

Our services are built around ongoing preventative care, but we do offer one-time assessments or special visits when technician availability allows. Just reach out and we’ll see what we can do. That said, our best rates and scheduling priority are always reserved for members.

Yes! Home Valet visits make great gifts – especially for aging parents or new homeowners. Just let us know and we’ll help set it up.

We recommend scheduling at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for preferred days or times. That said, if we have availability sooner, we’ll gladly fit you in!

Life happens. Just let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment, and we’ll work with you to find a new time. There’s no penalty for rescheduling with notice.

If you’d like us to proceed without you present, we’re happy to do so – we just ask that you let us know ahead of time and provide access instructions. We take your security seriously and can even send you a summary of completed tasks.

Absolutely. One of our biggest advantages is familiar faces – not freelancers.  While we can’t always guarantee it, we’ll always do our best to assign the same Valet to your home for consistency and trust.

We love helping with second homes, but each visit is assigned to one location to ensure quality and efficiency. If you own multiple properties, we’re happy to set up separate plans for each.

Absolutely – you control the task list. We’ll provide seasonal suggestions, but you’re free to prioritize whatever matters most. And we’ll always confirm before doing anything extra.

We’ll guide you during your Home Assessment based on:

    • The size of your home
    • The type of tasks you need done
    • How much time you want during each quarterly visit

In general:

  • Essentials is great for light upkeep
  • Signature is ideal for most homeowners and families
  • Prestige is best for those who want more time or have larger homes

Each plan starts with a one-time Home Readiness Visit – a longer visit where we fully assess and maintain your home to establish a baseline.  After that, you’ll receive regular quarterly visits billed after each service.

Yes, as long as there’s enough time in your visit allotment. Or you can change the tasks you want us to complete to make time.  Need more time on a visit? You can always purchase additional time ahead of your visit at the discounted rate of your plan.

If we can’t complete everything in your allotted time, we’ll:

    • Prioritize your top items
    • Recommend deferring lower-priority tasks
    • Give you the option to add more time

If your Valet finishes early, we’ll make the most of your remaining time by offering to:

    • Tackle other tasks on your list (if time allows)
    • Suggest seasonal or preventative items you may not have thought of
    • We’ll get out of your hair early!


We’re here to ensure you get full value out of every visit – so if we finish early, we’ll always find a smart way to use your time efficiently. Think of it as a little bonus attention for your home.

We accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and personal checks at the time of service. For your convenience, we can securely store your preferred payment method on file for future visits – making checkouts quick and seamless.

While we display prices as a monthly estimate for easier comparison, you are only charged after each quarterly visit is completed. There are no monthly charges or prepayment requirements-just simple, transparent pricing based on time.
